Email Us

Email is our primary communication channel and the best way to ensure your message reaches the right person on our team.

Send us a message at:

contact@phdme.com

What to expect when you email us:

  • Quick acknowledgment: We aim to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours during business days. Complex inquiries that require research may take a bit longer, but we’ll let you know we’ve received your message and are working on it.
  • Thoughtful responses: We don’t believe in template replies that don’t actually address your question. We read every message carefully and provide personalized responses that genuinely try to help.
  • Follow-through: If you report an error or suggest an improvement, we’ll investigate it and let you know what we’ve done. If we can’t implement a suggestion, we’ll explain why.
  • Privacy respected: Any personal information you share in your email is kept confidential and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Tips for getting the best response:

  • Be specific about what you’re looking for. “Do you have scholarships for engineering students in Germany?” is much easier to answer than “Tell me about scholarships.”
  • If you’re reporting an error, include the article title or URL so we can find it quickly.
  • For partnership inquiries, tell us a bit about your organization and what you have in mind. This helps us respond more effectively.
  • If you’re asking about a specific scholarship, include its name and the institution offering it.

Connect on Social Media

Social media is where we share our latest scholarship discoveries, application tips, deadline reminders, and inspiring success stories from students around the world. It’s also a great place for quick questions, although email is better for detailed inquiries or matters requiring follow-up.

You are welcome to:

  • Tag us in your posts when you have questions or want to share your scholarship journey
  • Share our content with your friends who might benefit from it
  • Send us direct messages (though for detailed inquiries, email works better)
  • Participate in discussions and help other students with your own knowledge and experience

Response Time Expectations

We’re a small but dedicated team committed to providing quality responses, not just quick ones. Here’s what you can generally expect:

  • Simple questions: Usually answered within 24-48 hours
  • Error reports: Acknowledged quickly, investigated and fixed within a few days
  • Partnership inquiries: Initial response within 2-3 business days
  • Complex research questions: May take up to a week if we need to verify information with institutions
  • Social media messages: We check regularly throughout the day, but email is more reliable for important matters

Please note: We operate primarily during standard business hours in our timezone. If you email us late Friday, you might not hear back until Monday. We appreciate your patience!

What We Can’t Help With

To set realistic expectations, here are a few things we genuinely cannot assist with:

  • Making application decisions for institutions. We can point you toward opportunities and help you understand requirements, but we don’t work for universities or scholarship organizations. We can’t influence their decisions or tell you your chances of acceptance.
  • Providing legal or immigration advice. Questions about visas, tax implications of scholarships, or legal matters should be directed to qualified professionals in those fields.
  • Writing your applications or essays. While we publish general advice about application strategies, we don’t offer individual coaching or edit personal statements.
  • Guaranteeing scholarship results. We can help you find opportunities and understand them better, but we can’t guarantee you’ll receive any specific scholarship or admission.
  • Accessing paywalled or subscription content. If information requires paid access or login credentials with an institution, we can’t provide that access.

If your question falls into one of these categories, we’ll do our best to point you toward appropriate resources that can help.

Technical Issues?

Experiencing problems with the website? Pages not loading correctly? Is something broken or displaying strangely? Please let us know the details:

  • What browser you’re using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
  • What device you’re on (desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • What page or feature isn’t working
  • What you were trying to do when the problem occurred
  • Any error messages you see

This information helps us reproduce and fix issues faster.
